§ 14.08.010. Incorporation of Ventura County Code.

Subject to the amendments, additions and deletions set forth below, the city council incorporates Article 1 in Chapter 8 to Division 4 of the Ventura County Code entitled Groundwater Conservation, consisting of §§ 4811 to 4828, into this code pursuant to Government Code § 50022.9. The provisions of this code will take precedence over any conflicting provisions in the referenced portion of the Ventura County Code.
